In operation since February 2021, we are a company created by those who have been on the other side of the table working with technology projects, as IT professionals, and assisting in the search for qualified professionals. Our founder, Leia, is a computer science (data processing) graduate from PUC-RJ – BR, has post-graduate degrees in finance and project management, 20+ years of experience in technology having served as a developer, web development manager, project manager and customer success manager in Brazil and Canada. This expertise is the foundation that allows us to understand the client’s pains when searching for a profile to integrate their team as well as the challenges and desires of those who want to leverage their international career.

Our founder, Leia, is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background in computer science, specializing in data processing. She holds a graduate degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and has further expertise in finance and project management through her post-graduate studies. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the technology industry, Leia has excelled in various roles, including developer, web development manager, project manager, and customer success manager, both in Brazil and Canada. This expertise allows us to understand the client’s needs when searching for the perfect candidate as well as the challenges and desires of those who wish to leverage their international career.

We help clients with the technical staffing solution that best suits their needs. By talking to the client and understanding what they are looking for, we can offer recruiting and selection of professionals in the Canadian or US market or a nearshore staffing solution through our partners in Brazil or directly with the professionals depending on the type of technology.
We post job openings, review, evaluate, screen candidates, generate shortlists, coordinate and support interviews, perform reference and background checks, and assist in the generation and negotiation of the offer supporting both sides: client and candidate.

Our process begins with interviewing the client to understand your true needs. Along the way, we’ll explain performance monitoring, benefits and weaknesses of nearshore solutions, and ensure agreed scope for the team extension partnership contract. All this with the support of lawyers experienced in international contracts.
